Order Processing

All orders require 1–2 business days for processing and preparation. Every order is carefully inspected and packed to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Shipping Schedule

• Orders are dispatched Everyday (excluding public holidays).
• Orders placed before 10:00 AM (AEST/AEDT) on a shipping day will be processed for dispatch on the same day where possible.
• Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be dispatched on the next scheduled shipping day.

Delivery

• Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service selected.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate before placing your order.
• Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
• While we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, peak periods, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Mutya Collectives is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once your parcel has been dispatched.
