Returns

We accept returns only if an item arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or other personal reasons.

Eligibility

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged product, its packaging, and the shipping label when submitting your request.
  • Items must remain unused where possible and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return

  2. Include your order number along with photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  3. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item, if required.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected, where applicable.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
